PT Networks Indonesia Aku was present at the Terminal Modernization Focus Group Debate (FGD) on November 7th, 2023, which took place in the Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Indonesian Ministry of Transport's Nangala Room. In order to establish a modern terminal that can operate as a transportation hub and carry out sociocultural responsibilities in harmony, this event provided an important forum for hearing about and debating the perspectives of all involved parties.

The event was attended by Samchully Networks (PT NIA), Indonesia's Ministry of Transportation, the Regional Jakarta Transportation Authority (Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek/BPTJ), and officials from several bus companies, and various presenters presented the terminal's modernization. Chief of Head of Sub-Directorate for Road Transport Terminals, Ahmadi Zubaidi, presented material with the title "Guidelines for the Development and Operation of Modern Terminals," while Okto R. Manulang, a lecturer at Universitas Diponegoro's Department of Regional and Urban Planning, discussed the idea of standard operating procedures and standards for the new terminal. Faizal Redza Redzuan, the chief operating manager of Malaysia's Terminal TMAS Malaysia, presented introductory material on Terminal Besepadu Selatan in Malaysia. Lastly, Kim So-eun, as manager and representative on behalf of Samchully Networks and NIA explained about the importance and development of Indonesia's online bus terminals. In particular, Kim So-eun emphasized that "the way to revitalize the terminal is for passengers, terminal managers, transportation companies, and the government to be 'Happy Terminal.'

Following the discussion, it developed into a useful forum for exchanging ideas and viewpoints on how to effectively run terminals, design terminals that users desire through Q&A sessions, and collaboratively explore a brighter future for Indonesia's terminals.
